Permanent Ocean View to the left (in the direction of the Birkenhead Peninsula) and to the right (in the direction of Hermanus). 3 Rows of Plots in between us and the Sea: (a) Ocean front houses (which we could hardly see); (b) then the row 2nd from the Ocean; and (c) then the vacant stand directly in front of us (which is situated 1 floor lower than us). The 1st 6 photos being taken from our stand - and the last 2 from the side of the Ocean.
