SOLE MANDATE. Bought during 2010 (via myself) @ R650.000. Amazing View of Hermanus & Hangklip at the back. Perry Como & Elvis Presley had 1 thing in common: They both sang the following lyrics: "Wise men say: only fools rush in; but I can't help - fallin' in love with her". The 1st 5 photos have been taken from a Plot across the Street of our Plot (i.e. from the side of the Mountain) - which is situated on about a 1.40 metres higher level than our Plot. None of the photo's have been taken from the deck; for the 12 past year the deck does not exist anymore. Amazing View from your double storey.
